This year's Morgan Silver Dollar has a striking resemblance to its vintage grandparents, except that it has been coined in.858 troy ounces of 99.9 percent pure silver instead of the 26.73 grams of 90% fine silver used in its predecessors.
Lady Liberty's likeness, her hat, flowers, and crown incused with the word "LIBERTY," and the inscription "E PLURIBUS UNUM" and the year 2021 around the coin's rim are all present. The eagle's wings are expanded, clutching arrows and an olive branch, accompanied by a wreath, in the classic reverse.
The eagle is surrounded by the same inscriptions: "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "IN GOD WE TRUST," and "ONE DOLLAR.
The "CC" privy mark can be seen on every coin in this collection, which was minted at the Philadelphia Mint. These coins were created with a "CC" mint mark because the Carson City branch mint is no longer operational.
There are no imperfections to be found on any of these coins, which arrive in their original Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) condition.
