The 2021 Silver Libertad is the Mexican Silver Libertad's 40th annual release. Obverse: A sculptural relief design of the National Shield is surrounded by the legend "Estados Unidos Mexicanos" (United Mexican States),
and is surrounded by various national coats of arms used throughout Mexico's history.
Reverse: Shows two important Mexican symbols: the Winged Victory statue in the foreground and the Mexican volcanoes Popocatépetl and Iztacchuatl in the background.
