We guarantee your satisfaction at The Coins Boutique. We provide all our customers with a refund, return and/or exchange policy on everything we sell . This right is limited to three (3) days from the date on which the customer receives their items. The refund, return and/or exchange policy only applies to customers who notify our Customer Service Department by telephone at 1-866-997-3939 within three (3) days from the date on which the customer receives their item and keeps the item in its original packaging. The Customer Service Department will give you instructions on how to return your items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the Product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Coins Boutique reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. We want our customers to be pleased with their purchases. If for any reason you have a problem, please feel free to call our offices and discuss it with us. We will always do our best to accommodate you. We do charge a 15% restocking fee on all credit card orders returned. If an exchange is requested, we reserve the right to find an acceptable replacement or refund your money if an acceptable replacement is not available.
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a refund to the original payment method. For orders paid by personal check or money order, the refund is issued as store credit to the customer who placed the original order, unless otherwise requested. You should expect to receive your refund within 2-4 weeks of returning your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for Coins Boutique to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).Items that are returned more than 3 days after delivery can receive a partial refund in the following circumstances:
• Some items that are returned more than 3 days after delivery
• Any item that is opened or has obvious signs of use
• Any item subject to the 15% restocking fee • Any item not returned in the condition it was received
