Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped only after receipt of good funds..Orders paid by bank wire, credit card or postal money orders usually ship within 5-7 business days. Orders paid by personal check, cashier’s check or bank money order are held until funds fully clear (at least 6 business days and as many as 10 business days) before processing. A majority of orders are shipped via USPS. FedEx, UPS and Brinks are also used on occasion at our discretion. All orders over $ 149.99 are shipped fully insured.

Multiple orders cannot be combined to save on shipping or for any other purpose.

All packages shipped via USPS will be shipped First Class, Priority or Express Mail.

All orders totaling $5,000 or more will be shipped USPS Priority Registered Mail or FedEx. You will be notified by email when your package(s) ships.

To protect our customers and Coins Boutique from possible fraudulent activity, we do not provide tracking numbers on orders placed with credit cards. All packages are shipped securely in inconspicuous packaging and give no indication of contents. Boxes. Some oversized packages may be shipped Federal Express or UPS. We offer flat rate shipping based upon each order’s subtotal.

 Should anything happen while your package is in transit to you it will be covered by our insurance policy. However, we will not accept responsibility if you have left instructions with any carriers or delivery service to leave parcels un-attended for you without the need for a signature. Or, you have given them instructions to leave your package with someone else such as a building manager, neighbor, drop-off location such as Mail Boxes etc. The UPS Store, etc. When we ship to you, if metals are lost or damaged in transit, it is our responsibility to pursue any claim with the insurance company. If we determine the package is lost or damaged, we file a claim. We reserve the right to re-ship your items or refund your money at our discretion. If the USPS confirms that your order was delivered according to a scan of the Delivery or Signature Confirmation, and you are not in receipt of the order, we recommend that you first contact your local Post Office where it is possibly being held for you. In this scenario, any dispute you have must be addressed with your local Postmaster (USPS) directly. Customers assume all risks and responsibility for the safety of a shipment upon delivery.Coins Boutique cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen orders after delivery has been verified. Missing Item(s) 
If you receive your order and there is a missing item, you must inform customer service by phone 1-866-997-3939 or email info@coinsboutique.com of any order discrepancy within seven (3) days of receiving the merchandise so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly. Please include your name and order number. Lost Shipment 
While the USPS is typically very reliable, mistakes on their part do occasionally happen. Coins Boutique is not responsible for these mistakes, since we have no control over this company's own policies. RSM is not responsible for the delivery practices or policies of any carrier, or for any shipping delays caused by weekends or holidays.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using the services of the United States Postal System (USPS).UPS, FedEx. If you want your product insured, it has to be shipped using REGISTERED mail. All international shipping will be shipped with tracking number . Please contact customer service info@coinsboutique.com to find out the shipping rates. Do not place an order without verifying confirmation for you shipping.
